Rabbi Stern conducting the dedication:
We are gathered here today to dedicate this ambulance to our beloved State of Israel. We wish the world to know that we stand together with our brethren in Israel who are suffering at the hands of wicked people who wish to destroy us. All we ask is to live in peace, not to be afraid, and to build a country free of terror and violence. Israel is not alone. We are guarantors that Israel will never be abandoned. When Israelis cry, we cry. When Israelis stands proud, we stand proud. And when Israel needs our help, we come through with flying colors. |

The proof is in the generous outpouring of love and support that gave us the revenues to purchase this state-of-the-art ambulance that will now help our brothers and sisters heal from the terrible tragedies that befall them daily. The tsedakah of over 300 people is enshrined in this vehicle, that will soon traverse the breadth and width of Eretz Yisrael in search of people to heal. This ambulance will be the extension of our hands, providing assistance and reassurance that both the might and the fiscal resources of the American people will always be there to come to Israel's aid. ShehechyanoPraised are you, 0 L-rd our G-d, King of the universe, who keep us in life, sustained us, and enabled us to reach this day. We now praise the good and generous men and women who have made this contribution possible. We extol the virtues of those who organized the effort to raise funds for this purpose. May G-d bless them all, and give them the strength and courage to continue the works of their hands so that they will go mee-koach 1'koach. G-d of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, help us to maintain the spirit of dedication always, and direct our hearts toward you that we may serve you with a full heart. And let us say. Amen Av Harachamin:May the compassionate Father, enthroned on high, remember with sublime compassion the pious, the good and the innocent, the holy communities who laid down their lives in the sanctification of His name. Beloved and beautiful in their lives, in their death they were not parted. They were swifter than eagles, stronger than lions in doing the will of their Creator. May our God remember them for good together with the other righteous of the world, and render retribution for His servants' blood which has been shed, as it is written in the Torah of Moses, man of God: "Acclaim His people, 0 nations, for He will avenge the blood of His servants, render retribution to His foes and cleanse His people's land." And by Your servant the prophet Joel it is written, "Though I cleanse them, I shall not cleanse them in regard to their bloodshed; and the Lord dwells in Zion." And in the Psalms it is said, "Why should the nations ask, 'Where is their God?' Let Your retribution for the blood of Your servants be made known among the nations, in our sight." And the Psalmist declares, "He who renders retribution for bloodshed remembers them; He has not for-gotten the cry of the humble." Prayer for the State of Israel:Our Father in Heaven, Rock and Redeemer of the people Israel. Bless the State of Israel, with its promise of redemption. Shield it with Your love; spread over it the shelter of Your peace. Guide its leaders and advisors with Your light and Your truth. Help them with Your good counsel. Strengthen the hands of those who defend our Holy Land Deliver them; crown their efforts with triumph. Bless the land with peace, and its inhabitants with lasting joy. And let us say: Amen.
